

This is a great time for Spider-Man fans as, alongside these new movies on Disney+, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is set to swing into theaters on Jand the Spidey spin-off Kraven the Hunter has a theatrical date of October 23, 2023. For those unfamiliar, the deal reportedly began with Sony's 2022 film slate, but things clearly happened behind the scenes to make these movies available despite that. We already knew some Spider-Man movies would be joining Disney+ after Disney and Sony reached a new licensing agreement back in 2021, and this news just makes that deal all the better for fans. While this is undoubtedly great news, there are still a few films missing from the live-action Spider-Man and Venom library thanks to Sony Pictures still owning the rights to Spider-Man movies, namely Spider-Man: Far From Home, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and the Spider-Man spin-off Morbius. 🕷💢 These #SpiderMan movies are swinging onto #DisneyPlus! ⬇ (1/6) /amjYqZWMrJ- Disney+ April 20, 2023 Tom Holland's first solo Spider-Man movie will be joined by Tom Hardy's first Venom film on May 12 as well.
